The Junior ADU is a 500 sq ft unit attached to the main residence. Features a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout, with the bathroom having an exterior entrance for easy access during outdoor entertaining. A compact kitchenette was included to accommodate both long-term living and short-term stays.  

The primary goal of the project was to seamlessly blend the new structure with the existing home. The client envisioned this space as a private residence for her mother, providing comfort, independence, and a sense of peace while still remaining close to family.
